This is a great idea whose time has come. I like the way it bakes just like sugar, caramelizes, and leaves no bitter aftertaste. It's so easy to measure! Why has it taken this long to come up with something so easy to measure? I mean, I love Stevia, but it does not brown the way this product does, nor does it provide the body that I need from this crystalized form of sweetner. So thanks for this product.
